This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of fleet administration and transport coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Manage general fleet and operations administration Take and make calls to drivers, customers, and suppliers Gather and compile information for operational reports Monitor vehicle tracking systems and ensure timely updates Ensure temperature-controlled units are set and maintained correctly Monitor and respond to alarms and alerts promptly Support compliance with transport regulations and company procedures Requirements: Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Good IT skills Attention to detail and problem-solving ability Salary : negotiable (Let's have a chat)
