Job Summary:
* Lead and manage project site activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and health & safety regulations.
* Coordinate and supervise daily site operations, ensuring quality control measures are implemented.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing large-scale projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of site management, including setting out works, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate teams to achieve project objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
3. Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure that all works meet the required standards.
Requirements:
* Proven track record as a Setting Out Engineer with 2+ years of post-graduate experience on site.
* Demonstrated expertise in pipeline, earthworks, and roads engineering.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft packages.
Prior experience in traffic management and underground services is advantageous.
