Investment Support Specialist Role
The Investment Support Specialist provides expert guidance to clients post go-live of our implementation. Key responsibilities include defining new client requirements, configuring and tuning our application, training users, testing workflows, and resolving issues.
* Extensive industry knowledge across multiple asset classes.
* Navigating complex ecosystems and establishing relationships with internal teams.
* Analyzing and evaluating customer requirements to provide product expertise and guidance.
Requirements include at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the financial industry, with experience leading implementations or support of Front, Middle, or Back Office Investment Management systems highly valued. A strong record of customer service, time management, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate effectively are essential. Relevant education and preferred qualifications include a degree in a business or technical field, with an advanced degree or certification advantageous.
