Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities
* Guarantee manufacturing processes meet quality, safety and environmental standards.
* Lead the implementation, scaling up and installation of novel processes and equipment.
* Support process start-ups, initial production runs and ongoing performance optimisation efforts.
* Manage and execute cross-functional projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
* Conduct equipment and process assessments and lead technical investigations with corrective action implementation.
* Own assigned process areas and provide technical assistance to maintain efficiency and reliability.
* Drive continuous improvement, audit preparedness and cycle time reduction initiatives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.
* At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
