 
        
        Your new role as Branch Advisor will involve providing a professional, friendly, and engaging service to our customers.
 * Greeting and engaging with customers on the banking hall floor
 * Guiding customers to the appropriate self-service options
 * Handling basic queries and complaints
 * Engaging with customers using iPads, updating customer information and sales needs
 * Identifying sales opportunities and handing over to suitable staff as required
 * Cash handling and processing lodgements at Teller as required
