Job Summary:
As a Healthcare Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with all aspects of daily living, ensuring care is delivered with dignity, respect, and in line with each person's individual needs and preferences.
Responsibilities:
* Support individuals with daily living tasks, promoting independence and autonomy.
* Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Help individuals manage their medication, adhering to healthcare plans and protocols.
* Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, promoting mental well-being.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* QQI Level 5 (or equivalent) in Health or Social Care.
* A full driving license.
* Good standard of English and computer literacy.
* Clear Garda vetting.
