Overview
As Supply Chain & Inventory Manager, you’ll own the flow of products from our factories to our customers’ doorsteps. This is a hands-on, autonomous role where you’ll manage suppliers, inventory, and logistics end to end — without micromanagement or corporate red tape.
Your Impact Will Include
* Keep products in stock: Implement forecasting and proactive supplier management so customers never wait.
* Streamline logistics: Manage 3PL partners and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
* Control costs: Negotiate with suppliers on terms, pricing, and MOQs to drive better margins.
* Launch new products smoothly: Plan sourcing and shipping for new SKUs so they hit the market without delays.
* Build scalable systems: Put processes in place that reduce risk and make supply chain performance predictable.
Must-Haves
* Strong track record of managing 3PLs and supplier negotiations
* 3+ years in e-commerce operations, ideally with direct-to-consumer brands
* Experience with international shipping, customs, and freight forwarding
* Comfortable working autonomously with full accountability
* Based in, or able to overlap with, China or UK/EU time zones
Nice-to-Haves
* Familiarity with Shopify, Asana, and inventory management tools (e.g., Cin7, Skubana, NetSuite)
* Background in direct-to-consumer e-commerce beyond just Amazon FBA
* Experience building supply chain processes and systems from the ground up

Compensation
* Base Salary: $4,000–$5,000/month (depending on experience & location)
