Tirlán is offering a unique opportunity for a HR graduate to join our team.
This role will consist of two rotations, one within our centres of excellence in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Engagement, and one supporting our HR teams in Operations.
Responsibilities
Providing essential support to the implementation of Tirlán's global initiatives including Talent Management, Culture and Engagement, Talent Acquisition and Development
Providing ongoing support to HR operationally in one or more of our production sites or agri networks.
Supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including (but not limited to); new hires, leaves of absence, contractual changes (hours, level, salary and benefits), secondments and leavers
Preparing and presentation of HR reporting packs and insight analysis for HR management to summarise trends and actions required
Supporting employee onboarding, including induction documentation and coordination of probation reporting.
Qualifications
High academic record to date in HR or Business with HR, Psychology, and expected minimum of a 2.2 honours degree.
HR internship experience is a distinct advantage
Ambition to progress successfully in a career in HR in an exciting, ever-changing and challenging environment

Demonstrates a thirst for knowledge with a desire to continually learn and grow
