The Role: Onsite Account Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the position of Onsite Account Specialist. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional recruitment and workforce management services onsite, ensuring seamless daily operations, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting our temporary workforce.
As a trusted point of contact for both clients and candidates, you will ensure that service levels, compliance, and operational targets are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
o Source, screen, and recruit candidates in line with client requirements and resourcing KPIs.
o Conduct interviews and skills assessments to ensure suitability for roles.
o Register candidates in line with compliance standards including Eligibility to Work, GDPR, EAA, AWR, and ethical requirements.
o Distribute onboarding documentation, assignment briefings, and handbooks.
2. Client & Workforce Management:
o Bld strong working relationships with client teams to understand workforce needs, culture, and operational priorities.
o Support workforce planning and propose improvements to enhance service delivery.
o Deliver services in line with the agreed SLA, including reporting, MI updates, and client reviews.
o Manage candidate feedback, engagement, and general welfare.
o Maintain accurate workforce records and ensure all temporary workers are paid correctly and on time.
3. Compliance & Quality:
o E nsure all onsite operations comply with Staffline policies, client requirements, and legislative standards.
o Complete monthly Branch Quality Audits and support Client Ethical and Customer Audits as required.
o Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety standards.
Person Specification:
1. Essential Minimum Requirements:
o At least 6 months' experience in recruitment or account management.
o Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
o Good administration and IT skills.
o Organized, resilient, and able to work under pressure.
o A full, clean driving license.
2. Desirable Skills & Qualifications:
o Experience managing HR or performance processes.
o A business-related qualification or equivalent.
