This role is suited for somebody looking to relocate to Germany and progress to senior management in the data centre sector.This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who understands how BMS systems are designed, built, commissioned, and handed over on site, not a desk-based controls position.
If you're looking to step into a key role on flagship projects with genuine responsibility and progression, this is the opportunity for you.Your Role as a BMS Package Manager Will Include:Taking full ownership of the BMS / EPMS package from design through construction and commissioningManaging BMS subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist vendors on siteReviewing and coordinating BMS and M&E design documentation for buildability and programme impactManaging technical RFIs, design queries, and coordination with consultants and client teamsEnsuring BMS integration with all M&E systemsOverseeing QA/QC processes, inspections, snagging, and handover documentationMonitoring programme, progress reporting, and driving works to achieve zero-snag handoverSupporting commissioning, IST, and final client handoverAs a BMS Package Manager, You Will Have:Strong BMS / controls bias with real site delivery experienceBackground in industrial electrical systems (E&I, industrial, building services, or automation)Experience working on data centres, pharma, xsokbrc industrial, or mission-critical projectsProven ability to manage subcontractors and command site presenceWillingness to work site-based (5 days per week)Strong communication and coordination skills
