We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our branch operations, driving performance and growth through effective management of sales revenue, policy growth, staff engagement, customer service excellence, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all branch operations, fostering a comprehensive insurance offering across Retail and Commercial lines.
* Promote business expansion through strong local market presence and community engagement.
* Maintain resource utilization across footfall, telephony, and fulfillment activities.
* Enhance customer convenience through simplification and self-service while upholding a personal and community-focused approach.
* Engage with customers through tailored communication aligned to their profiles.
* Foster trusted relationships through proactive business, community, and affinity engagement.
* Manage staff performance in line with HR policies, promoting a high-performing team.
* Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legislative, and governance requirements, including cash handling and expense procedures.
* Contribute to cross-functional projects as needed.
* Analyze local market data to inform strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications, at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within financial services, and a clean driving license. They will also possess knowledge of insurance products, compliance, health & safety, and branch security procedures, as well as excellent networking skills.
