In this position your responsibilities will include:

Oversight of financial reporting, tax compliance, and operational efficiency.

Contributing to the firm's commercial strategy and process improvements.
About the Person
We're looking for someone who brings:
A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience, ideally in practice.
Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10+.
Strong technical knowledge across accounting, VAT, payroll, and tax compliance is preferred.
Commercial acumen and a client-first mindset.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
