Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring that all guests receive exceptional customer service in a very genuine and caring manner.
To carry out all Reception duties, working as part of the front Office Team (Reception and Reservations)
To deal with any customer queries in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
to ensure that all areas of the main entrance and lobby are presented as a high standard of cleanliness and hygienic.
To ensure that all complaints are handled in a professional and efficient manner and all complaints are followed up and resolved.
To have full and up to dated knowledge of the hotel products and services
To ensure all telephone calls are handled politely and efficiently, ascertaining and accurately meeting the caller's needs using a client orientated approach.
to handle all enquiries promptly, ensuring the customer receives a friendly, professional and efficient response that accurately meets their needs.
To Handle all reservations through different channels (vial email/Telephone/Website) efficiently.
Helps encourage customer loyalty by building friendly, personalized relationships.
Candidates' wishing to apply should have:
System Knowledge of hotsoft essential.
Previous experience working in the hospitality industry in a customer service role
Fluency in English Language
Excellent computer skills and organizational skills
