Key responsibilities will include:Providing high-level PA and administrative support to designated stakeholders.Managing diaries, mailboxes, international travel, and meeting arrangements.Acting as a liaison for clients and colleagues, handling correspondence and queries.Supporting billing, finance and compliance processes with accuracy and efficiency.Preparing and formatting documents, pitches, presentations and event materials.Coordinating workflows and delegating effectively across dedicated support teams.Driving process improvements and embracing technology to enhance efficiency.Supporting junior colleagues and contributing to the team's culture of development and feedback.Getting involved in wider firm initiatives, including pro bono, community and D&I projects.Key RequirementsThe ideal candidate will be an experienced, proactive PA with strong organisational skills and a client-focused approach.
