Senior Contract Manager Position
We are seeking a suitably qualified construction professional to undertake key responsibilities within our organization due to ongoing projects.
* Completion of tenders for public works and infrastructure projects
* Project programming and planning
* Liaison with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
The role involves managing relationships with the General Manager, Health and Safety Specialist, Quarry and Transport Personnel, and Site Agent. Effective management of subcontractors and completion of project close out reports are also essential responsibilities.
This is a full-time position that requires strong motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A full driving licence is also required.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction or Civil Engineering
* Experience in managing roadworks and surfacing projects
* Knowledge of public procurement and public works contracts
* Motivated and able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
* Full driving licence
