Quantity Surveyor
The role involves leading on cost management and project delivery for M&E projects.
* Develop feasibility appraisals and budgets to inform business decisions.
* Implement value engineering initiatives to drive efficiency and cost savings.
* Operate the company's cost management system to track and report on costs.
* Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and health and safety management systems to maintain a safe working environment.
* Agree compensation costs and programme analysis to ensure timely completion of projects.
* Manage a team of support staff to ensure effective project delivery.
The ideal candidate will hold a third-level qualification in engineering, quantity surveying, or construction management, and have 3+ years of experience on M&E projects. Excellent communication and commercial skills are essential for this role.
