Red Chair Recruitment we are looking for an Experienced Carpenter to join our busy insulation company inCounty Cork and into Kerry.
You will be responsible for carrying out finishing carpentry and tidy up works in residential properties following the installation of insulation.
This role ensures that homes are left with a high-quality finish, meeting both company standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out general carpentry repairs and finishing tasks after insulation works have been completed.
Refit or repair skirting boards, architraves, doors, window boards, and other timber features as required.
Ensure all finishes are neat, safe, and aligned with high workmanship standards.
Collaborate with insulation installers to ensure smooth project completion.
Use appropriate tools and materials to carry out jobs efficiently and safely.
Maintain a clean and tidy work area and respect clients' homes.
Report any issues or additional repair needs to the site manager.
Requirements
Proven experience as a carpenter.
Competence in using a variety of hand and power tools.
Ability to measure, cut, fit, and finish woodwork accurately.
Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality finishes.
Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Full driving licence is essential.
