Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to drive branch sales and revenue growth.
* Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve agreed objectives and performance targets.
* Oversee daily branch operations, including people management, stock control, and purchasing procedures.
* Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and contracts.
* Manage customer contracts and ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
* Maintain accurate stock records, investigate variances, and minimize aged stock.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and manage rosters and time sheets effectively.
Requirements
* Proven experience in managing branch operations and leading a team.
* Strong customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Excellent negotiation skills and ability to negotiate with suppliers.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
