We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sous Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for managing our food safety management system and overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen.
* Food Safety Management System: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive food safety management system that meets all regulatory requirements.
* Kitchen Staff Leadership: Lead, coach, and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties effectively.
* New Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new menu ideas that meet the needs of our customers.
* Culinary Qualification: Possess a formal culinary qualification such as a degree or diploma in hospitality or a related field.
* Food Safety Experience: Have a proven track record of managing a food safety management system, including developing and implementing policies and procedures.
* Chef De Partie Experience: Possess experience working at Senior Chef De Partie or Sous Chef level, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations and management.
