The Role
As a Customer Assistant, youll be the friendly face of our venue during evening and overnight hours, making sure every visitor enjoys a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience. From handling customer queries to supporting daily operations, youll play an important part in keeping the venue running smoothly.
This is a full-time role with a rotating schedule, which may vary between 07:00am and 07:00am, and includes weekends.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service, welcoming guests and assisting with their queries.
* Support with cash desk transactions and machine operations.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the venue.
* Assist with closing procedures as required.
* Availability for rotating shifts between 07:00am and 07:00am, including weekends.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum of 1 years experience in retail, hospitality, or leisure (essential).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team.
* A positive, customer-focused attitude.
