This role is part of a dynamic team that supports the advancement and optimization of laboratory science and healthcare. The Senior Manager, Technical Project Management will drive pivotal initiatives, manage regional and global projects, and contribute to building the future Global Ops Project and Portfolio Management Office infrastructure and team.
The ideal candidate has proven leadership experience in complex project management, with significant experience in medical device/diagnostics regulated environments. They must have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
In this role, you will take ownership of the full project life cycle, establish and drive project and portfolio KPIs, demonstrate business intuition, ensure project delivery according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards, and work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
You will also develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to various audiences, participate in the development and implementation of standard methodologies and tools for project execution, and support the development of more junior project managers globally.
The essential requirements include a relevant degree with 14+ years' experience in project management, significant experience in medical device/diagnostics regulated environments, strong project management experience leading large operations and complex teams, and project management training/qualification.
