Office & Operations Administrator Full Time permanent North Dublin
Our client, a well-established company operating within a critical services environment, is currently seeking an Office & Operations Administrator join their Dublin-based office. This is a full-time, on-site role and would suit a highly organised administrator who enjoys variety and being a central support to the wider business. This position is office-based and combines general administration with responsibility for stock and inventory coordination, working closely with internal teams such as Sales and Finance. Inventory & Stock Control
* Maintain accurate stock records within the internal system
* Book in deliveries and support stock tracking and reporting
* Assist with stock reordering, pricing updates and documentation
Office Administration & Coordination
* Provide general office administration support across the business
* Manage incoming calls, emails, post and courier arrangements
* Maintain records, scanning, filing and office supplies
Cross-Team Support
* Process customer card payments and liaise with the finance team
* Support the sales team with documentation, stock checks and coordination
* Act as a point of contact for internal queries, escalating where required
The Ideal Candidate
* At least 1 years' experience in an administrative role
* Exposure to stock control or inventory systems is an advantage
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
* Proactive, reliable and comfortable working in a busy office environment
* Positive attitude and strong communication skills
