We are a main building contractor operating out of Dublin and with over 15 active projects around the greater Leinster area, mainly in and around Dublin. Our pipeline of work stretches ahead for the next 5+ years due to our ongoing residential and data centre presence.
We are in a period of constant expansion and require several finishing managers and section managers across several of our build projects.
As a Finishing Foreman, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, on budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.
You will have excellent communication skills and a proven record of working and managing (be it small teams) on projects within the Irish / UK construction industry.
We offer a clear progression path to more senior management levels and deliver high-profile projects.
In return, you will be paid either by the hour or on a salary with hourly rates in a bracket of €30 to €40 per hour, including PAYE or Self-Employed setup, and potentially earning up to €100,000 per year based on your time worked.
Requirements
* You must have previously been in a management position with a construction contractor.
* You must have prior management experience on site of subcontractors for internal works/facade or groundworks.
* Come from a carpentry trade background is advantageous but not essential.
