Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine vehicle servicing and diagnostics with efficiency and accuracy.
* Effectively communicate with parts procurement teams to obtain necessary components.
* Determine the root cause of any malfunction and execute repairs efficiently.
* Properly document and categorize all warranty-related parts or customer requests.
In addition to these key responsibilities, duties also include inspecting vehicles for potential safety or service enhancements, promptly notifying service advisors of any additional required work, conducting thorough road tests, maintaining a clean workspace environment, adhering to established policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
