Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service department. This includes managing staff, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring that high-quality products are consistently provided to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing and merchandising quality foods suitable for eat-in or takeaway.
* Maintaining a well-presented food display at all times.
* Recruiting, training, and cross-training personnel in customer-focused service techniques.
* Monitoring and improving delicatessen standards in sourcing, housekeeping, merchandising, presentation, and customer service.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in food service management.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility.
