Clinical Nurse Manager – South Tipperary
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to join our team in a well-established nursing care home in South Tipperary. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse with strong leadership skills to play a key role in delivering high‑quality, resident‑centred care.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the nursing team in the delivery of exceptional care
Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure best practice standards
Promote a culture of person‑centred care and continuous improvement
Supervise staff, provide mentorship, and support professional development
Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and regulatory requirements
Assist with audits, risk management, and quality assurance processes
Requirements
Valid NMBI registration (essential)
Previous experience in a clinical leadership role (e.g. CNM, Senior Staff Nurse)
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
In‑depth knowledge of HIQA standards and elderly care practices
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Salary & Benefits
Salary: €50,000 – €55,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
