About the Role
You will work under the Senior Quantity Surveyor on contractual matters at general and project level, drafting commercial/contractual correspondence and supporting project correspondence.
* Assist in preparing monthly valuations, cost reports, variations and the submission of final reports.
* Carry out measurements of building elements.
* Look for opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce costs.
* Identify and investigate losses.
Requirements
A degree in quantity surveying is essential. 1-2 years experience in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft applications is also required.
The ability to use time productively and efficiently to meet challenging project goals is crucial. Strong communication skills are necessary for liaising with management and dealing with internal stakeholders and commercial representatives.
