What you will be doing: Business development (cold calling, events, networking and client meetings) Relationship and account management (process management, consultation, negotiation) Using innovative and traditional recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Head Hunting, Networking and our own global internal database to source the best talent in the market. Engaging with job seekers and learning about their career experience. Candidate screening and support (interviewing, consultation, interview preparation) Achieving core KPIs and sales targets Developing and delivering end to end professional service solutions As a team we pride ourselves on utilising video technology for outreach and interview purposes and this will be a key tool in our continued success Work closely with department Manager to grow and nurture the Marketing recruitment department. Expanding your industry knowledge and network of Marketing professionals Be creative, responsible for writing industry content for company blog and websites and social media channels You are encouraged to continually build and maintain knowledge of the Marketing industry through market research, attending events, networking and taking part in internal creative projects. Requirements Minimum 1 years experience in recruitment ideally in Marketing recruitment (more is always welcome!)
