A Typical Day: Oversee the end-to-end engagement and contracting process with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and organizations across international markets. Act as the go-to expert for international commercial teams, providing guidance on HCP engagement and sponsorship processes. Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals and online resources, while coordinating training programs for internal teams. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and commercial teams to ensure consistency and regulatory alignment in engagement practices. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HCP engagement and contracting processes, identifying opportunities for improvement. Support the creation and management of procedural documents to enhance operational efficiency. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and government regulations, conducting reviews and supporting internal audits. Drive process optimization by implementing best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This Role May Be For You If You: Have 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry, with a focus on HCP engagement and sponsorships.
