We are seeking a People & Events Administrator to join our team. This role is based at our central Trust office but will collaborate with colleagues across all schools within Bourne Education Trust. The role supports HR and event administration as part of the People Team.

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out safer recruitment processes in line with statutory and internal policies
* Ensure all recruitment activities comply with safeguarding and equal opportunities legislation
* Manage the onboarding process for new staff joining the BET central team
Essential
* An awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children
* Experience working in an office environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Desirable
* Previous administrative experience within a school environment
