What do I need?
Minimum of 2 years' experience in account management, customer success, customer service roles ideally within Software, ERP or Business Management Systems
Strong communication skills both written and verbal with ability to complete presentations
Ability to achieve set revenue targets and maximise revenue from given accounts
Financial knowledge is advantageous but not essential
Pro-active with customers with ability to identify issues and areas of growth
A 3rd level education in a relatable field is advantageous but not essential
