What do I need?
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in account management, customer success, customer service roles ideally within Software, ERP or Business Management Systems
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal with ability to complete presentations
* Ability to achieve set revenue targets and maximise revenue from given accounts
* Financial knowledge is advantageous but not essential
* Pro-active with customers with ability to identify issues and areas of growth
* A 3rd level education in a relatable field is advantageous but not essential
