Duties

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project scope and requirements are met.
Manage all phases of Mechanical Services project delivery, from planning to commissioning.
Review designs and AutoCAD to create construction plans.
Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications.
Lead and coordinate workers and subcontractors.
Monitor project finances, inventory, and deadlines.
Report progress and prepare audit documentation.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade background required.
A minimum of 3 Years’ experience in a similar role.
Proven track record of having led teams on large projects.
Experience working on HVAC and Commercial projects would be advantageous.
The successful candidate must be in Ireland or the UK at present and be eligible to work in Ireland without requiring a work permit.
