Financial Operations Team Member
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bookkeeper to join our financial operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing cash flow and petty cash, processing invoices and purchase orders, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage cash flow and petty cash
* Process invoices and purchase orders
* Maintain accurate financial records
* Monitor charges to corporate credit cards and process monthly employee expense reimbursements
* Process payroll
* Other duties as required
Requirements
* Professional bookkeeping qualifications
* Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
* In-depth knowledge of financial software
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to communicate professionally with clients, partners, and staff
* Positive outlook and personality
* Self-motivated and team-player focused on exceeding expectations
