We are seeking a reliable and skilled
Chef de Partie
to join a busy catering team on a temporary, week-to-week basis in
Crumlin, Dublin 12
.
This role is ideal for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment, takes pride in producing high-quality food, and can contribute consistently to hot kitchen preparation and service support.
As part of the kitchen team, you will play an important role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations, supporting food preparation, and ensuring standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency are met at all times.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is dependable, organised, and comfortable working under pressure.
Day-to-day responsibilities
Prepare and assist with hot kitchen production for catering and service requirements.
Support the kitchen team with essential prep work, including ingredient preparation, portioning, and basic cooking tasks.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Work efficiently to meet service deadlines in a busy, high-volume kitchen.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
Keep workstations clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
Assist senior chefs and kitchen leadership as required to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Monitor ingredients and report shortages or quality concerns promptly.
