We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Manager/Accounts Assistant on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work both independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the office, liaising with other managers, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage office operations, including liaison with other departments
* Assist with debt collection, customer payments, and respond to customer inquiries
* Share responsibility for phone management and travel arrangements
* Provide exceptional front-of-house service to clients and suppliers
* Liaise with estate managers and suppliers regarding facilities management
* Monitor staff timesheets and ensure accurate records
* Evaluate and maintain office equipment, ordering necessary repairs or services
* Coordinate the efficient ordering and replenishment of supplies, goods, and materials
Requirements:
* Prior experience in office management or a related field
* Able to work full-time in an office setting
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Ability to learn new software systems
* Native fluency in English
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
