This role coversDublin and Leinster region,with occasional travel to other areas as required.Key accountabilities:Test lift units in accordance with the relevant test documents and KONE standard interpretation of EN81, Lift Directive and Essential Health & Safety RequirementsTest lifts within timescales setCommission equipment following agreed specifications and commissioning instructionsConduct technical assessments, identify faults, and record abnormalities for corrective actionTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficientlyCarry out final inspection and sign the Final inspection documentLiaise with relevant site personnel to ascertain state of liftManage on-site communication with the customer for day-to-day testing and commissioning activities with a continuous coordination with SupervisorParticipate in meetings and workgroups related to quality and technical mattersEnsure lift well security (safe for other trades and public etc) and safety of all persons involved in the installation activities during commissioning and testing of the liftReport lift condition and progress to the Supervisor responsible for site activitiesQualifications and previous experience:NVQ4 in Lift engineering or equivalent qualificationPrevious experience as a Lift Tester is desirableGood computer literacyGood written and spoken EnglishClean Irish driving licenceWe provide a range of benefits to our employees including:Excellent salary depending on experienceCompany carCompany Pension SchemeEmployee Assistance ProgrammeYour development matters:We provide clear career progression pathways to help you reach your full potential.
