We're working with one of the top insurance brokerages globally – they've got offices in over 130 countries and a strong presence here in Ireland. Their Limerick office is growing, and they're now on the lookout for a Personal Lines Account Handler to join their team.
This is a great opportunity if you've got your APA qualification and experience dealing with personal lines – especially if you enjoy building relationships with customers and helping them find the best insurance solutions for their needs.
What you'll be doing:
1. Dealing with new and existing clients – helping them with quotes, renewals, and general advice
2. Following up with leads and turning them into happy, covered customers
3. Spotting opportunities to upsell or cross-sell where it makes sense
4. Keeping on top of client records in the CRM
5. Making sure everything you do meets regulatory standards
6. Collaborating with a supportive and experienced team
What we're looking for:
7. Minimum of an APA qualification (essential)
8. Experience in a personal lines role – even better if you've worked in sales or renewals
9. Confident communicator with a positive, customer-first attitude
10. Organised, motivated, and able to juggle a few things at once
11. Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
