We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Team Member to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep, across our hotel and grounds.
* Use our system to log and complete jobs efficiently.
* Conduct regular safety checks, including fire alarm tests, emergency lighting, and fire safety equipment.
* Support service engineers when on site and liaise with management on property upkeep.
* Maintain adequate stock of essential supplies.
* Monitor and record utilities consumption for irregularities.
* Ensure all health & safety, security, and hygiene procedures are followed.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in maintenance or a similar environment is preferred.
* A basic knowledge of plumbing, electrics, and general repairs is an advantage.
* A practical problem-solver with strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to support other departments and occasional additional duties.
