Content Reviewer - Swedish

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Content Reviewer to join our team at a leading Social Media giant.

Your Key Responsibilities:

* Investigate and resolve reported issues, including requests for account support or potentially abusive content, via a ticketing system.
* Enforce client Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
* Stay up-to-date with client products and community standards.
* Utilize market-specific knowledge and insights to find scalable solutions to improve community support.
* Gather, analyze, and utilize relevant data to develop ways to enhance the user experience.
* Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.

Skills & Competences:

* Demonstrate strong personal resilience in a pressured and fast-paced environment.
* Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy.
* Show high adaptability and a positive approach to challenges.
* Be able to make decisions, prioritize, solve problems, and work as part of a team.
* Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
* Achieve consistent KPIs on time.

Language Skills:

* Fluently speak Swedish on a near-native level (C1-C2) in oral and written communication, with an in-depth understanding of culture and social trends in the region.
* Have an advanced level of English (C1).

Contract: This is a full-time, permanent position with Covalen.

    Working Hours: Day shift (9:00am to 5:30pm) or evening shift (6pm – 2am), Monday to Friday, occasionally weekends and bank holidays. No rotations.

    Location: Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin South. This is an office job. Remote work is not an option.

    Requirements:

    * Candidates must be fully confident in dealing with sensitive content.
    * Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland (EU passport / Stamp 4 / Stamp 1G for minimum 12 months or renewable).
