Content Reviewer - Swedish
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Content Reviewer to join our team at a leading Social Media giant.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve reported issues, including requests for account support or potentially abusive content, via a ticketing system.
* Enforce client Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
* Stay up-to-date with client products and community standards.
* Utilize market-specific knowledge and insights to find scalable solutions to improve community support.
* Gather, analyze, and utilize relevant data to develop ways to enhance the user experience.
* Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.

Language Skills:
* Fluently speak Swedish on a near-native level (C1-C2) in oral and written communication, with an in-depth understanding of culture and social trends in the region.
* Have an advanced level of English (C1).
