This role offers the opportunity to develop strong experience within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess supplier invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and proceduresReconcile supplier statements and follow up on any discrepanciesAssist in preparing weekly and monthly payment runsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactionsSupport month-end closing activities, including accruals and reportingLiaise with internal departments and suppliers to resolve invoice or payment queriesContribute to process improvements and support general finance administration as requiredSkills & AttributesStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry2-3 years' experience in a similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAPExcellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamGood communication and interpersonal skillsA positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processesWhy Join UsSupportive and collaborative finance teamExposure to end-to-end accounts payable processesOpportunities for professional development and growthQualifications:Education:Relevant Qualifications in Accounting or Finance.2 years' experience in a similar role is preferred.Application Deadline: 16/01/2026
