This business manufactures mission-critical sealing solutions to some of the toughest industries out there: pharmaceutical plants where contamination isn't an option, chemical facilities where failure means shutdown, pulp and paper operations running 24/7, and engineering applications where downtime costs millions. These aren't nice-to-have products, they are essential. Which means the sales opportunities are real, the technical conversations are substantial, and the revenue potential is significant. But here's the catch: none of it comes to you. You have to go get it. Every single opportunity. From scratch.

What You'll Actually Do

Forget babysitting existing accounts. Your sole mission? Hunt. Win. Grow. You'll be the tip of the spear, generating new business from scratch and driving aggressive revenue growth in a territory that's wide open for someone who knows how to work it.

This is pure new business generation. no hand-holding, no inherited pipeline, no safety net. You'll craft campaigns, chase leads across multiple channels, and close deals that matter. But once you have won the business, you get to grow the client. The best of both worlds. If you need someone to tell you what to do every day, keep scrolling.

The Challenge

* Build something from nothing. Every dollar of revenue you generate is yours to claim.
* Work independently. You'll get support, but you won't get micromanaged. Prove you can operate without a leash.
* Face rejection daily. Then get back up and close anyway.
* Think commercially. Spot trends, understand what drives customers, and turn insights into revenue not just activity.

What You Need

* Proven success in new business development within the manufacturing space (pharma, food & bev, chemical processing etc.)
* The consultative selling skills to understand why customers actually buy
* Resilience (rejection-proof would be ideal)
* Commercial sharpness and analytical thinking
* The ability to present, negotiate, and close without breaking a sweat
* A formal sales qualification (or the drive to get one)

Technical background in engineering? Great. Don't have it? You'll learn. What matters more is whether you have the hunger.
