Job Title:
Customer Service Support Role
Role Overview:

Deliver exceptional customer service to our valued customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience at all times.
The key aspects of the role will be to provide support to the Shop Manager and team with the day-to-day running of the shop, maintaining high standards while processing customer bets and offering excellent service.

* Collaborate with the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager in managing the daily operations of the shop.
* Take on additional responsibilities in the absence of the Shop and Assistant Manager, including opening and closing the business.
* Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records.
* Process customer bets through various channels, including betting terminals and in-shop transactions via EPOS.
* Act as a brand ambassador, introducing customers to our services and digital offerings.
* Maintain a calm and composed demeanor under pressure, continuously seeking ways to improve performance and the overall shop experience.
* Ensure the shop's presentation is consistently high-quality throughout the working day.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures, prioritizing compliance and safety standards.

Desirable Qualifications:

* Previous retail or sports industry experience is not required but welcome, with comprehensive training provided for career development
