Analytical Associate Scientist
Join a dedicated Biologics company as an Analytical Associate Scientist which is dedicated to Biologics Drug substance manufacturing. They are offering an 11-month contract. Work on a 4 day on 4 day off pattern and avail of shift premium rate at 20%.
Your Job as an Analytical Associate Scientist
* Supporting laboratory operations, including equipment qualification, SOP documentation, and lab establishment.
* Performing general lab operations, troubleshooting, and executing laboratory studies.
* Reviewing, trending, and reporting laboratory data to support batch data generation and analysis.
* Managing routine cleans of lab equipment and maintaining housekeeping standards.
* Responding to standard requests and escalating issues as needed.
* Participating in functional meetings and facilitating cross-functional meetings.
* Supporting site safety culture and introducing innovative solutions for biologics testing.
* Building team effectiveness and promoting diversity and inclusion.
* Ensuring timely training completion and coaching team members.
* Flexibly supporting changing business needs, including out-of-hours testing.
