Salary negotiable depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsibility for day to day running of the project including but not limited to:
* Management of operatives on site.
* Management of Subcontractors on site
* Involvement in planning weekly works
* Ordering of materials- stone and concrete
* Ensure the site diary is completed accurately and compile photographic records of site progress
* Ensure allocation sheets are completed daily
* All Health and Safety Regulations adhered to and supervised
* Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
* Civil works experience essential
* Experience with pipelines, RC works an advantage
* Irish/UK experience preferable
* Good planning and organisation skills
* Hands on practical approach required
* Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management
