Key Responsibilities
* Meet Sales Targets:
You will be responsible for driving sales growth by meeting and exceeding ongoing retail store sales targets.
* Visual Merchandising:
Ensure that all visual merchandising standards are attractive and in line with weekly changes in accordance with celebratory and promotional events.
* Talent Development:
Recruit, develop, and motivate a strong team of retail staff to enhance a positive collegial atmosphere with particular attention to customer service.
* Accounting Procedures:
Manage shop accounting procedures including banking, till receipts, transactions, and cash handling procedures are adhered to at all times.
* Fundraising Events:
Take an active lead and support for all on-going store and community-based fundraising events.
