Position Summary
This role focuses on managing supply chain engineering projects, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth process integration. It includes reporting progress to leadership, supporting safety compliance, and upholding company values.
Role & Responsibilities
* Arrange Process Engineering Supply Chain project plans, key milestones, and objectives to ensure engineering outputs meet customer’s operational needs and requirements.
* Apply knowledge to Process Engineering non-conformance, corrective and preventive actions, by documenting, investigating, and conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
* Build key performance process engineering reports to escalate to management, with status updates on goals and objectives.
* Carry out process validations on ongoing Process Engineering initiatives for operational integration and supply chain implementation.
* Assist with Process Engineering Technician activity, supporting and enforcing site-specific safety and industrial hygiene requirements.
* Communicate and escalate Process Engineering issues or concerns to the next management level in a timely manner.
* Understand and apply Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with the team.
Education & Experience
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemical and Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Utilities Engineering, or a related discipline
* A recent graduate (2025 or due to graduate in 2026)
* Focused on continuous improvement
* Capable of working within a project team to achieve results
* Skilled in the use of problem-solving tools/techniques
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to communicate ideas to both a technical and non-technical audience
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent planning and organisation skills
