Site Supervisor
We are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee clean, well-structured projects with a long-established contractor.
About the Role:
* Ensure construction works align with design and programme requirements
* Efficiently coordinate subcontractors and trades on-site
* Maintain strict health and safety compliance, guaranteeing RAMS, inductions, permits, and inspections are in place
* Ensure quality standards are met and drive snag/defect close-out
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement site-specific risk assessments and ensure all personnel are adequately trained and aware of site protocols
2. Develop and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including contractors and subcontractors
3. Regularly inspect the site to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions as necessary
4. Work closely with the construction team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
