Purpose
We are seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our clients lighting design team. This is an administrative role with opportunities to work closely with technical drawings, quotes, and product specifications.
Responsibilities
* Assist the sales and design team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotations, proposals, and client documentation.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal team members to ensure smooth communication and project flow.
* Update and maintain project tracking systems, CRM databases, and shared files.
* Help with the preparation of lighting schedules, specifications, and simple technical drawings (training will be provided).
* Coordinate deliveries and follow up on orders with suppliers.
* Organise and file documentation for ongoing projects.
* Provide general office and administrative support as required.
Qualifications/Experience
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive, problem-solving approach and a willingness to learn.
Working arrangements
This is an onsite role.
