We're Hiring | Commercial Property Analyst - Cork
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive commercial property analyst to join our dynamic team in Cork. You will be responsible for assisting in the asset management and leasing of a diverse retail and F&B portfolio in line with the company objectives and standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant, fast paced environment within a highly established, growing and regarded property group.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and report to the group Head of Property in the day to day asset management and leasing of the shopping centre portfolio;
* Liaise with relevant parties to include letting agents, tenants, lawyers and relevant stakeholders;
* Assist and support in lease administration, budgeting and tenant documentation;
* Inputting and updating tenancy schedules and relevant lease documentation ensuring that these are kept up to date;
* Preparing internal reports and updates to the companies senior management team.
Key Requirements
* Minimum 2 years experience in a commercial property role;
* Experience within the retail sector and letting process;
* Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills;
* Ability to build long term and productive relationships with relevant stakeholders;
* Strong commercial acumen with attention to detail;
* High level of IT literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems;
* Clean full driving license;
* A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
