The Role We are seeking a Junior Commercial Property and Facilities Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, hands-on individual looking to develop their career within the commercial property and facilities management sector. You will assist in managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance and service delivery, while supporting senior management in daily operations. Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day management of commercial properties and facilities. Conduct regular site visits and inspections across assigned locations. Assist with maintenance coordination, contractor management, and compliance checks. Liaise with clients, tenants, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations. Prepare reports, budgets, and maintenance schedules. Maintain accurate property records and assist with administrative tasks. Skills & Requirements Strong understanding of building and facilities management principles. IT proficient, with solid experience using Microsoft Word and Excel. Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player with a service-focused attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional telephone manner. Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities. Full driving licence and own car required (travel between sites involved).
